After a collection inspired by dance, Dior creative director Maria Grazia Chuiri drew inspiration from the Brits for fall-winter 2019. The runway show focuses on Teddy Girls of the 1950’s for the Paris fashion house’s latest presentation. Juxtaposing the masculine and the feminine, Grazia Chuiri offers up fit and flare silhouettes with boxy jackets paired over sheer, tulle skirts.

Buffalo plaid and checkers are no doubt the stand out prints of the season. From classic black and red to green and monochrome combinations, the bold pattern adds a casual touch to Dior’s ladylike silhouettes. Elsewhere, the Italian designer offers up leather jackets, tropical prints and floral embellished skirts. Gowns go strapless with high slits and ruching detail.
