Anthony Vacarello continued to focus on sexy and effortlessly cool styles for Saint Laurent’s spring-summer 2018 collection. Less than a month after the death of Saint Laurent co-founder Pierre Bergé, Vacarello paid tribute to house codes. From Marrakech inspired billowing blouses to the classic Le Smoking jacket in sequins, the Belgian designer linked the old with the new seamlessly. Ostrich feathers decorate over-the-knee boots, voluminous mini dresses and dramatic sleeves. The silhouette of the season focused on miniskirts and shorts as well as skinny pants. A color palette of mostly black and white gets interrupted with fuchsia, blue and red.
