Valentino’s Pierpaolo Piccioli delivers pure romance for the Italian label’s fall-winter 2019 collection. Models walk the runway in chic looks with flowing shapes including draped outwear and sweeping skirts. Dresses feature high necklines with tied scarves around the neck and sheer layers. Hats take on bucket shapes with a fashion forward silhouette.

Prints are enlarged featuring statue imagery as well as blooming florals. The fall season includes collaborations with Mustafa the Poet, Yrsa Daley-Ward, Robert Montogomery, Greta Bellamacina and designer Jun Takahashi of Undercover. For evening wear, the Valentino woman wears transparent, tulle gowns in shades of grey, pink, red and yellow.
