COS introduces its fall-winter 2016 collection which juxtaposes minimal silhouettes with modern details. Inspired by the paintings of Ghanaian artist Lynette Yiadom Boakye, the color palette is moody and dark with shades of dark navy, burgundy, forest green and deep purple. Outerwear is cocoon shaped or long and lean. For separates, the COS woman wears a knee-length skirt with high-slits paired with ribbed-knit sweaters. Jackets are boxy with cropped pants. For accessories, a large clutch and sash tied around the waist brings the ensemble together.
