Dior looks to classic works of art for its spring-summer 2021 campaign. Inspired by paintings from the Renaissance and Baroque eras, images showcase ethereal scenes photographed by Elina Kechicheva. Using dramatic framing and lighting, models Maryel Uchida, Levi Achthoven, Sculy Mejia, Holly Fischer, and Judith Frament pose in romantic looks. Creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri’s designs include pleated skirts, sheer dresses, and woven separates. For set design, richly draped fabrics, as well as stylized fruits, stand out. Fabien Baron works on creative direction for the shoot with styling by Elin Svahn. Peter Philips is in charge of makeup with Guido Palau on hair.
