Marking their second season as the creative directors of DKNY, Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne unveiled their vision for the brand’s fall-winter 2016 collection. The pair’s spring debut was more minimal in comparison to autumn which featured an eclectic gathering of ideas. A tomboy element is part of the DKNY DNA and the Public School designers had it out in full force with slouchy trousers, relaxed jackets and combat boots.
When the DKNY girl feels in the mood for a skirt, there is free-flowing satin like a scarlet red look modeled by Binx Walton or an embellished slip dress worn on Jamie Bochert for the finale look Logomania has seen a resurgence on the runway in recent years, and Chow and Osborne played on this with pieces reading ‘Insert Logo Here’.
