Marking the new season, the spring 2011 show from Dolce & Gabbana opened with Natasha Poly wearing a sheer white number and set the tone for a procession of light and airy garments. Inspired by traditional Italian lace-makers, the spring collection looked back on the past while bringing its own modern take with floral patterns, leopard prints and crystal adorned garments. The white color scheme is atypical of the designing duo who usually goes for black or more vibrant colors, but proved to be a refreshing change from seasons past.
these are totally chic and fabulous, loved that lace and embroidery, super feminine and absolutely gorge

Really dig the collection. I feel like Karlie totally stole the show. She rocks 🙂
Even though we’ve seen great abundance of white, lace and sheer so far, this is THE BEST utilization of it. Very feminine, light and modern. D&G know how to dress women.
Cheap and badly done Edwardian
the white lace looks cheap. It would be better if they use black lace instead.
They always do, which is why this is refreshing.
