For Dolce & Gabbana’s spring-summer 2019 campaign, the Italian fashion brand enlists seven different photographers. With last year’s social media controversy and Shanghai show cancellation grabbing the headlines, time will tell what lies ahead for the label’s future. The images star new and familiar faces including Helena Christensen, Ashley Graham, Eva Herzigova, Carla Bruni, Karen Elson, Chiara Scelsi, Monica Bellucci and more.
Photographers include Luca & Alessandro Morelli, Branislav Simoncik, Angelo Pennetta, Giuseppe Tornatore, Franco Pagetti, Alex Majoli and Bruce Gilden. The advertisements capture the colorful streets of Italy with Dolce & Gabbana’s blooming prints, rich brocades and black lace signatures front and center.
