Elie Saab Resort 2015–The Elie Saab name has become synonymous with evening wear perfect for red carpets as well as glamorous parties, but with his resort 2015 collection, the Lebanese designer puts more of a focus on daytime looks. The season’s color palette is suitably dreamy, soft pastel shades of pink, yellow and mint green are found in the lineup. Looking like a modern-day Grace Kelly, the Elie Saab woman has a wardrobe of a trench coat, a relaxed pantsuit with sporty lines and cropped, peplum-finished jackets for her daytime looks. Despite all the ready-to-wear, evening still remains star of the season. Gowns of pleated silk with elegant draping show a more formal side to resort.
