Elsa Hosk teams up with eyewear brand Christopher Cloos on a capsule collection made specifically for women. She also has been named an ambassador alongside NFL quarterback Tom Brady (who signed on in 2020). The Cloos x Elsa line, which includes sunglasses and blue light spectacles, is inspired by the Swedish model’s love of eyewear from the 1960s and 1970s.

Each frame in the collection is produced from biodegradable material and comes in unique trademark packaging. “Christopher Cloos” and “Elsa Hosk” are embossed on the inside of each frame, and the cleaning cloth features a quote from Elsa to consumers. The designs come in cat-eye and rectangular shapes inspired by Old Hollywood. Elsa fronts campaign images captured by Zoey Grossman. She channels retro vibes wearing a white pantsuit, cut-out swimsuit, knit sweater, and more.

“I have always loved the 1960s and 1970s California vibe, the vintage 1950s Hollywood, 1960s music scene and the 1970s surf culture,” Elsa explains. “I have collected eyewear since I was 14, so I drew inspiration from my own vintage archive when designing the four styles for Christopher Cloos.”

The Cloos x Elsa Sunglass Collection is available now in three Christopher Cloos signature colorways: Noire, Ristretto, and a new Dark Brown. The first version incorporates cat-eye frames. The Cloos x Elsa Blue Light line retails for $169 in the same colors. More styles will follow in the months ahead.
“We’re proud to partner with Elsa, a global fashion icon, and introduce our first eyewear collection made specifically for women,” states Julius Langkilde, CEO of Christopher Cloos. “Elsa, like our company, has Northern European roots but also calls the United States home. As we continue to grow our presence in the states, that commonality, along with her passion for eyewear and influence in beauty and fashion, makes her a natural fit for our brand.”
