Fausto Puglisi Fall 2014–Marking his sophomore runway presentation, Italian designer Fausto Puglisi presents a dynamic fall-winter 2014 collection full of color and print. His inspiration is suitably artful with references to the work of Russian artist Kazimir Malevich and Ukrainian Orphic artist Sonia Delauney. Much like his influences, Puglisi’s prints are abstract with a play on color and proportion. The Statue of Liberty was a reoccurring image, being proudly displayed on tops. The silhouette is all about the skirt–varying from fun and flirty pleated minis to the more demure mid-lengths.
