Muse Like – Another season, another Fendi campaign starring Anja Rubik lensed by Karl Lagerfeld. For autumn, Anja goes brunette as she plays a muse for male model Brad Kroenig. The collections mishmash of furs, tweed and knits go on display in a studio setting where Anja is as elegant as ever in languid poses.

  1. I love it! I am always amazed at how they never run out of ideas of where to set up their campaign photo-shoots! why not a painter’s studio?

  2. All so rich–set design, story and texture.  It’s like I can feel the texture of the fabric and leather.  I don’t know how Karl Lagerfeld does it all.  He probably drew the sketch in first one, too.

  3. I like her with the wig, but the make-up is too much.  The clothes and bags are very nice, but the campaign isn’t anything extraordinary.

  4. Not so found of all the fashions but I really like the photography and the concept here. Photoshopped or not, Anja pulls it off quite well (especially the close up of her in the glasses holding the paintbrush). She is one talented model. It’s refreshing to see some thought and taste put into a campaign even if it is Lagerfeld.

  5. Love Anja, the set, textures, colors, but the light is very poor and because of it the editorial ended up lacking sofistication. And c’mon, that wig is hideous.
