A Classic ReworkedFriends & Associates, a New York-based label created by fashion editor Matthew Edelstein, follows up its resort collection with an outing of gingham prints for spring 2013. Friends’ goal is to make fashionable basics that can be easily incorporated into anyone’s wardrobe, and the new season does precisely that with simple silhouettes modeled by Lisa Verberght. Photographed by Hugh Lippe, Lisa dons silk-printed pieces such as baseball tees, pleated skirts, polos and shirt-dresses complemented by color-blocking in shades of red, blue, black and white. / Styling by David Vandewal
