A look from Giambattista Valli’s resort 2016 collection

For the past several seasons, Giambattista Valli has been on a retro kick when it comes to his ready-to-wear line. Add resort 2016 to the Italian designer’s 1970s inspired collections. Groovy prints including florals and distorted chevrons are the main motifs with a silhouette flared at the hem, whether that be trousers or dresses. Long tunics layered over matching trousers give a funky vibe to the lineup while ruffle adorned sleeves add some volume.
