Women love their high heels but do not always love the pain associated with them. Accessories company House of Borgezie says that these heels (pictured above) are the most comfortable heels and are guaranteed to last for 1000 years. The price comes in at £995 per pair or roughly $1672 US dollars. So what are they made of? Borgezie describes it as “a combination of highly polished stainless steel and luxurious hallmarked sterling silver trim”. The heel comes with a removable sole which is supposed to help to make it comfortable. Would you give these shoes a try?

  1. Very stylish, but I just can’t image stainless steel being comfortable all day or evening if you’re standing around socializing or having to walk a few blocks to the theater or dinner. Also, outrageously priced! Who needs shoes to last 1000 years? I’m happy to have my leather last for 10-20 years! And basics never go out of style.
