How to Choose the Right Sleepwear for Any Season

The build-up before the holidays has air buzzing with frantic energy. Although not life-threatening, sleeping in tight clothes may restrict your breathing and blood circulation, hindering your melatonin production. Once that happens, it’ll affect your circadian rhythm (or sleep cycle), effectively causing sleeplessness and discomfort. On top of that, tight clothes will leave indents all over where it constricted you the most, so skin irritation is also high on the list of what can happen when you sleep in this kind of clothes.
