In May 2012, Kate Upton became a viral sensation when she was featured doing the Cat Daddy dance that launched millions of Youtube views and countless gifs of Upton. But as Upton reveals in an interview with Vogue UK (which hasn’t been released online until now); it was not planned and she was “horrified”. The video was meant as a fun behind the scenes shoot, not released to the public.
Upton stood up for herself telling Richardson, as she recalls, saying, “‘That was disrespectful, you could have told me!'” Although she has now since gotten over it no doubt thanks to her roles in films like ‘The Other Woman’ and the upcoming comedy ‘The Layover’ where she will star alongside Lea Michele.
