Kate on Her Curves–The latest cover for Kate Upton is for the September issue of ELLE UK. The American model poses in a Prada coat on the new cover image photographed by Matt Jones. The blonde beauty opened up to the magazine about her womanly curves in an interview. “When I first started modelling, I was a normal catalogue model…Then, I became a woman, and I was really excited about becoming a woman. Because I’m from Florida, it’s all about being in bathing suits. It’s a different view of beauty there. You are ugly if you don’t have a curvy body. And I didn’t have one, and then I got one, and thought, “Yessss!”

I really wish people wouldn’t focus on her size so much. The articles usually read like a ‘she’s so proud of being healthy!’ but it’s just sad that society considers her weight to even be a talking point. She’s fit and not that big, she’s just not stick skinny! So not being stick skinny is a conversation point now? Society really needs to learn to embrace all shapes and sizes and not obsess over things like this, it’s why we don’t progress.
