Kendall Jenner shows some skin on American Vogue’s September 2016 cover. The top model wears a Gucci embroidered jacket and skirt set in the Mert & Marcus lensed image. Earlier this year, the brunette had a cover for a special edition of Vogue, released in March. Inside the fashion glossy, Kendall models looks from the fall collections including Proenza Schouler, Alexander McQueen, Ralph Lauren and more. Fashion editor Tonne Goodman selects everything from lace adorned gowns to knit pieces for the feature.

In her interview, Kendall talks about being judged for being a part of the Kardashian family. “People say a lot of what they think, and it’s not always positive,” Kendall admits. “And we never say anything. We just take it. And then when people meet us, they’re pleasantly surprised. Because we aren’t what people think. One of the best lessons I ever learned from my sisters is not to take everything so seriously. Just leave it alone— it will pass in a week. That’s how I grew up. My sisters are so f***ing strong, and they taught me and my little sister to just toughen up and not let it affect us. You know whats real.”
