Lily Wears Elie Saab–On November 22nd, actress Lily Collins traveled to Taiwan to attend the 51st Golden Horse Awards. The brunette opted to wear a blue sleeveless lace gown with a v-neckline from Elie Saab’s spring-summer 2015 collection. Lily also recently wore Saab at the “Love, Rosie” premiere in Rome.
