Lily in Elie Saab–Actress Lily Collins dazzled at the 9th annual Rome Film Festival where she donned a color gradient strapless silk gown from Elie Saab’s spring-summer 2014 collection. The recent cover star of The Edit paired the look with a thin black belt, also from the label. A dark plum lip color and retro waves gave Lily a glamorously autumn beauty look.
