No one can accuse the Marc Jacobs campaign of not staying true to the runway show because the spring 2011 advertisements were shot backstage during New York Fashion Week! Photographed by Juergen Teller, Caroline Brasch Nielsen and Masha Kirsanova pose for the camera in the seventies style collection styled by Venetia Scott. (Elite Models)

  1. Can’t wait to see this. It’s different for ol’ Juergs!

Infact can’t wait for the rest of summer campaigns too!!!

  2. Yes, it’s a nice change from Juergen Teller’s normal images (not that I haven’t liked the previous campaigns). I’m so happy Caroline got the campaign…it was unexpected! At least for me. So happy for her 🙂

  3. I am so anxious for the emergence of the spring 2011 campaigns. As I stated in a previous post, I find designer advertisements more exciting and inspiring in comparison to viewing the runway collections themselves. For that reason is because I find that campaigns allow designers to express their vision more thoroughly for their collection while portraying them in their intended element.

  4. These are pretty great. I love Juergen’s work.

I still cant get over that SUPERB fall 2010 collection, and very dark ad campaign that followed. This is quite opposite. Marc and Juergen always keep their audience on toes.
