No Makeup at Marc–Yesterday, Marc Jacobs revealed a military uniform inspired spring 2015 runway show, but besides the clothes, the fact that the models wore no makeup also made headlines. NARS Cosmetics was charged with makeup for the show and lead makeup artist François Nars had this to say about the look, “…we only applied moisturizer. With Marc we always take it to the extreme, we’ve done bold looks in the past, but this season we wanted to make a statement by not applying anything.” Could a no or minimal makeup look be the new beauty trend?
