“A Palmer Girl is powerful, chic, glamorous and edgy,” says Elizabeth Sulcer. “The Palmer Girl started with my personal style, French Vogue glamour meets Nineties’ downtown NY. Mix that with my inspiration of the Robert Palmer girl – a glam red lip moment- and it becomes today’s ultimate Palmer Girl.”
