Actress Emilia Clarke has been named the Sexiest Woman Alive by Esquire Magazine for its November 2015 cover issue. The 28-year-old ‘Game of Thrones’ star already was named Woman of the Year by GQ UK, making 2015 a milestone year for the actress. Posing for Vincent Peters, Emilia strips down to nothing as she lays in bed nearly naked.
In her interview, she talks about how she looks nothing like her ‘Game of Thrones’ character, saying, “My agent told the casting director, ‘I know that the breakdown for this character is tall and willowy and blonde. I know she’s short and round and brown, but I’d like you to see her.’ I had two scenes which told me nothing and not very much time in which to read all those [George R. R. Martin] books. So I did what every good actor does and Wikipedia’d the living crap out of it.”
