In the world of fashion, high gloss edited images are nothing new. Maybe that’s why these images of Lara Stone from System Magazine’s fourth issue are so striking. Post-baby, the Dutch face of Calvin Klein posed naked, sans retouching for these snaps captured by Jurgen Teller. It adds a sense of realness to see that—yes—in fact, models look just like us for the most part. Just recently, Keira Knightley made a point to pose topless for Interview Magazine with the stipulation that her breasts were not photoshopped and Lara does the same in these System photographs.
Lara also opened up to The Edit about how her body changed after having a baby earlier this year, saying, “Everyone’s got arm flab or saggy boobs. It’s the way it is. I’m just trying to accept it right now. And it’s OK, because the things women can do with their bodies are amazing,” Should more images go unretouched? What do you think?

What she does have, is some stretchmarks on her breasts. Which is easy to get WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN PREGNANT! And it doesn’t make her ugly!
How brave and how honest she is to do this. Very proud of her.

She is beautiful. Other than the slight stretch marks on her gorgeous breasts, she looks like she wasn’t pregnant. What a lucky woman, she is stunning and thoughtful.
