Prada taps actors Julia Garner, Shira Haas, Taylor Russell, and Louis Partridge for its Holiday 2021 campaign. Photographed by Glen Luchford, the group poses against a digitally Los Angeles landscape, made to be filled with snow. The campaign is called A Midwinter’s Night Dream and features the actors in celebratory fashions, complete with glittering accessories.
Ferdinando Verderi works on the creative direction, which also includes a short film. The Volume, a virtual effects tool originally developed for ‘The Mandalorian,’ is used in the video, making an immersive experience comprised of a curved cocoon of a glowing LED screen. They walk across a frozen landscape in order to find a snowy Los Angeles at the end.
