Blake Wears Michael Kors–After making her pregnancy announcement last week and sharing baby shower photos, actress Blake Lively made her first red carpet appearance at the 8th annual God’s Love We Deliver Golden Heart Awards Gala held on Thursday, October 16th, 2014, in New York City. Blake wore an oleander and lilac embroidered stretch tulle gown from the Michael Kors’ resort 2015 collection as she posed alongside the designer with a radiant, pregnant glow.
