Simone Biles, the decorated four-time Olympic gold medalist, tied the knot with NFL player Jonathan Owens in a private wedding ceremony on May 5th, 2023. Her wedding dress was one of four custom looks created by Galia Lahav.

The wedding, which took place in Mexico, was a celebration of love and commitment between the two talented athletes. Biles, who is known for her gravity-defying routines on the gymnastics mat, amazed onlookers with her choice of wedding attire.
The bride donned not one, not two, not three, but four custom Galia Lahav dresses for her special day. Each dress showcased the label’s signature attention to detail and intricate craftsmanship and was a true reflection of Biles’ style. Lahav previously worked on the JLo movie Shotgun Wedding, creating custom designs.
One of the custom dresses featured floral accents, a corset-inspired bodice, and a daring side slit. Biles paired this look with white platform heels, also created by Galia Lahav, which added a touch of glamour to her ensemble. She also wore a dress with a white veil.
