Following up a buzz-worthy collection from last year, The North Face x Gucci unveils Chapter Two. The collection features ready-to-wear, footwear, luggage, and soft accessories marrying the two brands’ aesthetics. For the campaign, French twins Jalan and Jibril Durimel captured models on location in Iceland.
Puffer jackets, co-branded hoodies, baseball caps, hiking boots, merino wool slides, and more stand out. A color palette embraces neutrals as well as more vibrant hues like green, orange, and yellow. Right now, select designs are available to shop on Gucci’s website. And several pop-up shops in winter locations will be open from January 11th to January 25th, 2022.
“In stills and video, this territory’s otherworldly spirit and its unique landscapes feature intrepid explorers pictured against the Nordic island’s vast and breath-taking scenic backdrop,” Gucci shares about the campaign. “Celebrating the spirit of exploration in all its forms, this collection once again draws from values of self-discovery and self-expression that define both brands.”
