With a cigarette in hand and a nonchalant attitude, Katie Fogarty taps into her inner bad girl for her cover shoot in the latest German Tush. Aided by stylist Belén Casadevall, Txema Yeste captures all of the American model’s best rebel moment’s in “Katie Shoots Them All”.

  1. Because she is supposed to be a bad girl, i think. The cigarette fits in the whole pictures.
I really love the make-up and the styling 🙂

  3. My daughter is with the same agency – I’ve complained to them about the shots with the cigarette – Katie is just a month older than my daughter and hence it would be illegal for her to buy cigarettes in USA and UK. Next have now taken this photo of their blog pages, but I’ve noticed that there’s a photo of Kelsey Van Mook on the Next site with a cigarette photo shopped onto a pic of her as well – and she is also 17.

Cigarettes suit nothing about young women. My mother died 9 years ago with lung cancer. She started smoking when she was 14 years of age. She’s missed seeing her lovely gradnshildren grow up – how proud she would have been to see her grand daughter on the Givenchy catwalk!

This practiceof photo-shopping cigarettes onto photos of young models should be stopped NOW.

  6. I agree that cigarettes should not be glamorized in this way but the unfortunate situation is that these cigarettes are NOT being retouched onto photos of young models as you claim.
