Zuhair Murad’s resort 2017 collection goes for full on glitz and glamour with a seventies spin. Inspired by photographer David Hamilton and painter Henri Rousseau, the collection features Murad’s signature embroideries as well as body-clinging silhouettes. The lookbook is captured against the backdrop of tropical foliage, bringing an exotic taste. Although the Lebanese designer is known for his exquisite dress work, the new season introduces sporty vibes. Think embroidered jeans, crop tops and bomber jackets for more casual outings.
