Blake Lively is a good girl gone bad in her cover shoot for Interview’s September issue. Lensed by Craig McDean and styled by Karl Templer, the American actress appears to be in trouble with the law as she undergoes an interrogation in sexy ensembles from the likes of Balenciaga, Fendi and Burberry.     I really wish everyone, even Karl!, would stop the good girl gone bad theme. It's never new or fresh or interesting. And while the photos are quite nice, this team is capable of so much more. It would have been nice to see her as a bad girl gone good, or perhaps having a minimalist, Celine moment…
