Black Magic Woman – Julia Nobis has an air of intrigue in Saint Laurent’s spring 2013 campaign, lensed by the brand’s creative director Hedi Slimane. The Australian beauty poses in black and white images wearing boyish silhouettes paired with oversized hats, capes and sequined embellishments.

    Julia has been building to this sublime shoot all year,and Slimane remains the one real deal for drama and atmosphere in a fashion shoot. This may not be his very best but is stunning anyway. No surprise that it is just a feminine variation on men’s designs!
