Photographed by Pierpaolo Ferrari and styled by Camilla Nickerson, a heart-broken Linda Evangelista makes a hard-hitting political point on the cover of W magazine’s November Art Issue. Working with Italian artist Maurizio Cattelan, Evangelista understood his direction at once, honing in on her skills as an actress to best represent both political and religious subjects of a controversial nature.
